"On July 30, 2024, our home suffered fire damage due to what can only be illegal fireworks someone set off at 3AM while our family was asleep. The event was traumatic and completely overwhelming. Adrian guided us and helped us know what to expect. It's hard to think straight during the process, but it helped to know you were supported through it all. Navigating the trauma, the cleanup, the insurance process, and so many other things in between, it was made simple by having a great team of incredible Resources. We are very happy and pleased with how State Farm has been handling our situation and it has given us great ease to navigate through this Fire situation. We are not alone. Our adjuster, Sara Garrett has been amazing and a pleasure to work with. Since this is our first time going through this process with a Homeowner's claim, we were not sure how things flow and the various processes. She has been super instrumental in ensuring we felt heard and was absolutely patient with me and my many questions. CRS Temporary Housing has been incredible and the Contractor we are working with (DC Construction) has been super helpful and great! Every single person I have spoken with at State Farm has been kind, patient and super helpful. This makes a great difference when life throws you a curveball.
